Rightmove founder sells shares day after launch of Google property…what does that tell you?!
He didn’t fancy 28% CGT
Clearly he has great precognitive abilities or did he just get the nod
Maybe he expects share prices to drop at the news, then he can buy them back later and bag a tidy profit.
Interesting to also note that Rightmove have also sold their HolidayLettings business to TripAdvisor.
