I have an estate agent client who manages some 400 properties on behalf of their clients. The property management system they use is currently Rentman Must be non-deletable, have a log and all financial input must be trackable. What do you use and what do you recommend. Any answers greatly appreciated.

Just wondering what the consensus of opinion is on marketing fees. Have they become more acceptable ? Do they make you more or less competitive ? How many agents are using them ?
