Hi Albert,
You've picked up on exactly one of the feelings I've been having. I.e. is the response level low because of the restrictive formats? You are basically allowed to control:
* A background colour
* An image at the top
* 3-4 lines of text underneath that in a standard size font

What the vast majority of agents an non-portal industry figures fail to understand is that sites like Rightmove, TDPG, anf Gumtree just provide an audience!!

Featured agent adverts or Banner adverts on the portals not working for "Hurford Salvi Carr", because we have been doing last 4 years and we track calls, CTR to our web site and email mail inquires.
