The Americans have one, so we thought we would produce what they call ‘a comprehensive guide to real estate technology’ for the UK.

This index is based on our view of the online real estate scene in the UK. Our view means Property Owl and a few selected industry guests (who will be named and shamed in due course). Companies do not pay to be listed on the Index and all bribes have been turned down. In a nutshell, it is subjective, growing and just our opinion.

We will be reviewing all applications and limiting categories and places within those categories.

The Index will benefit all those in the industry, especially agents who are looking for the best of the best. If you are, or you know someone who you think should be on the list, please let us know and we will consider the submission. We are looking at all categories from agent blogs to software to video to mobile applications etc.
