Brochures . . . why so boring?
My background is marketing and I know of no other industry where, en masse, such an opportunity to sell is passed up.
Bottom line, the property brochure is there to do one thing, to sell the viewing. No viewing, no sale.
Yet the majority of agents see it as an inventory, droning on about double panelled radiators, and cornicing to the ceiling. Boring, and probably rooted in tradition,” that’s how we have always done it”.
Brochures (online or print) should be exciting, take a look outside the industry.

I would have thought this ideal for agents, be interesting to hear from any that avail themselves of the service.
